Chef de Partie, £25,000 – £26,000, Hotel with 1 Rosette Restaurant, Cheadle, Cheshire.
Chef de Partie wanted for this independent Hotel with 1 Rosette Restaurant and numerous conference and event rooms. As Chef de Partie you will work in all areas of the kitchen and be expected to input into new menu ideas. Excellent company to work for with a relaxed feel.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As Chef de Partie you will be working in a vibrant kitchen team, working in various kitchen area's and sections. Producing a vast array of different foods and cuisines, covering fine dining to large corporate banquets and wedding functions. Many opportunities to learn and develop skills, gaining invaluable experience from a large kitchen brigade. Excellent work environment with emphasis placed on training, development, team work and job satisfaction.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Candidates with a Rosette background would be beneficial but is not essential. You must have a background in a fresh food environment. Catering qualifications and previous experience within a similar establishment is preferred. A commitment and passion for food is certainly required
