Chef De Partie – The Role:

Brighton & Hove Albion FC have a fantastic opportunity for two Chef De Parties to come and join the team. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting food to the highest standards in a clean, tidy and safe environment.

Chef De Partie – What does the day to day look like?

Reporting to the Head Chef Manager you will supervise the preparation and cooking of sufficient food to provide to the agreed amount of players and staff with minimum wastage. You will contribute to the education of players nutrition at the training ground and assist the sous chef with the deputising for the Head Chef Manager in their absence. Part of the role will include assisting the Head Chef Manager and Sous Chef in the creation of menus for home and away matches – so bring your innovative and nutritional ideas forward!

Chef De Partie – What We Need:

– The successful candidate must hold the following certificates/qualifications:

– Level 2 NVQ or equivalent in hospitality and catering

– Food hygiene certificate

We also ask that you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a kitchen environment and experience of working in a fast-paced environment. It would be beneficial to have experience of supervising a team.
