We are recruiting for a Restaurant & Bar located in the heart of one of London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods. This traditional Chelsea pub has been redefined and reimagined by the global lifestyle brand and an experienced restaurateur. Exuding the perfect balance of tradition and modernity, the duo brings a fresh perspective and a new energy with hopes to transform into one of the most coveted neighbourhood restaurant and bars in London.
Developed and designed with its place as a traditional pub for locals in mind, the décor has been refurbished and imaginatively brought to life through the implementation of dark wood panelling, vintage and custom designed furniture, crystal chandeliers and polished brass fittings.
A revamped, signature food and drink menu has been developed with the aim of creating an upscale but relaxed and accessible offer to reflect the reputation as a bustling hub of a neighbourhood restaurant and bar for the locals of Chelsea and beyond.
The Role:
CDP will be in charge of a section,
60+ covers restaurant,
High end gastro pub food
Creative environment, opportunity to develop kitchen skills.
You will report to the HC and SC.
