Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000/annum tips circa £100 per month
Gastro Pub/Restaurant and Hotel. Matlock Derbyshire
£25,000 – Based on a 46hr weekly rota + gratuities circa £100 p/m
Our client is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their already talented team of chefs.
The placement I'm looking to fill is with a fine dining restaurant set in the most stunning grounds. Even with the restraints of lock down they are still realizing 50 covers per night as their reputation precedes them.
They have their own garden, and everything is fresh and made on site. They also support local butchers
The Role:
We are looking for someone who needs to be passionate about great seasonal ingredients, bring energy, have stamina & inspiration. As a Chef de Partie you must communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests.
Your Experience will ideally consist of:
• 2+ years CDP
• Have own transport due to location.
• Be a hardworking person with a can-do attitude
• Must have experience working in a busy restaurant (grill experience preferred)
• Have good communication skills
• Be guest focused
• Be passionate about food
• Be able to work daytime, evenings and weekends
