RE Recruitment’s hospitality division are in search of a Chef de Partie for permanent work in one of Gloucestershire's most exclusive hotels. This role would be suited to a passionate Chef de Partie, able to demonstrate previous experience of delivering an exceptional menu, maintaining a high standard of food safety, and working well within a team.
Must have’s for working as a Chef de Partie:
Food Safety Level 2
Experience working at Chef de Partie level or above
Great communication skills
Ability to deliver a sophisticated menu to a consistently high standard
