Chef De Partie
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £24000 – £27000/annum
Deluxe Recruitment are recruiting a Chef De Partie for our client based in Hertfordshire, who run a 5* Hotel & Spa.
Must be flexible to work rotating shift patterns!
Your Role within the company:
* Taking orders and serving customers at their tables, particularly during busy shifts, and restocking supplies as needed. Also making sure the bar is clean and tidy at all times, even during busy periods.
* Regular inventory checks and assisting in ordering stock when it is low and assisting deliveries to make sure everything is delivered and unpacked properly.
The successful candidate mist have the following Experience:
* High standard of cleanliness
* Experience in a similar role
* Ability to work to high level of standards
* Work as an efficient, reliable and flexible team member
* High level of customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral
* Highly organised, passionate and self-motivated
* Strong attention for detail
* Micros EPOS system knowledge an advantage but not essential
Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 Per Annum.
