There is possibility of direct hire for the right candidate but our clients are also open to an option of temp to perm.
Applicants must have previous experience of cooking at the CDP or higher level for at least 2 years or more.
Ideal candidate would:
* Be conscientious
* Have right to work in UK
* have level 2 or higher food hygiene certificate
* have allergen training certificate
* have a good knowledge of COSHH & HACCP
* have a genuine passion for good food and service
