Chef de Partie Ideal profile:
* Previous experience of being a part of Michelin or Multi Rosette kitchen team
* Confident individual who will run their own section of the kitchen with creativity
* Passionate to grow within the team under the Head Chef, as well as nurturing of talent in the kitchen
* Enthusiastic about the presentation of themselves and the work environment
* Ability to provide excellent attention to detail in all dishes and areas of the Restaurant
* Determination to excel in their field and reach the highest level
Chef de Partie responsibilities:
* Preparation of Michelin Star standard dishes for the Restaurant’s service
* Competently running and preparing own section in the kitchen efficiently
* Caring for junior members of the team, ensuring that all members are completing task to the highest standard
* The craving to constantly learn and develop dishes and skills
* Complying to all Health and Safety regulations throughout the Restaurant
