Are you a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie searching for an opportunity to work within a luxury hotel and progress your career? Would you like your next Chef de Partie position to be within a hotel aiming towards a 5 red star status, investing in the venue and it’s team to deliver excellence to their guests? This Chef de Partie will ideally have worked within a rural hotel setting in a professional kitchen. The successful Chef de Partie will be contributing to menus to meet the needs of the business, maintaining portion control and reducing wastage to aid the Head Chef in achieving the required costings.
Chef de Partie Ideal Profile
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi CDP, preferably within a rural hotel setting
* Ideally you will have had experience working in a professional kitchen
* A passion for using the best produce available and the ability to use it, profitably to give guests a great experience
* Food Safety Level 2 certification
Chef de Partie Responsibilities
* Confidently fulfilling the effective daily running of your section
* Ensure daily records of food safety are kept, including fridge temperatures, hot holding, blast chilling
* Contributing to menus to meet the needs of the business, maintaining portion control and reducing wastage to aid the Head Chef in achieving the required costings
* Ensuring all allergen and HACCP information detailed and recorded
* Conducting yourself in a professional manner at all times with guests, members, staff and suppliers alike
* Follow all Health and Safety guidance and training supplied
