An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Chef De Partie to join a fantastic team at one of Scotland’s finest luxury Hotels.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for great food and a desire to learn. You must be able to solve problems quickly and in a professional and pleasant manner. Be initiative, have self-discipline, effective communications skills, and the ability to organize and direct the work of others.
Role & Responsibilities:
You will assist the Head Chef to ensure in the smooth running of the food offer in the hotel.
Effectively support the kitchen team to achieve the highest standard of food production especially in the Head Chef’s absence.
Consistently prepare and cook food to relevant standards and dish specifications
Work with the restaurant team to understand customer expectations
Be a team player at all times and work flexibly to ensure a smooth guest focused operation is maintained
Help the Head Chef work within set budgets while maintaining service standards
Skills Experience and Qualifications:
Experience in a similar fine dining environment
Have a passion for delivering an exceptionally high standard of food
