The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie for a well known hotel chain based in Fawsley, NN11
Job Type: Temp (1 month initially but may be extended)
Pay Rate: £20 per hour (double time for 25th Dec, 26th Dec and 1st Jan)
The role:
The chef will be on a section and covering restaurant and banqueting in the role. with live in accommodation available to the chef at no cost.
Key Responsibilities
* Supports the smooth running of the department, where all aspects of the guest dining experience throughout the whole Hotel are delivered to the highest level
* Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to enquiries and problem resolution
* Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
* Builds and maintains effective working relationships
* Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation
Requirements:
* Experience in kitchen beneficial but not essential
* Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
* Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
* Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
* Strong communication skills
