The Role
Is tasty food your passion and working in a busy kitchen the challenge you are looking for?! The chefs’ team at The Client is looking for a Chef de Partie to join them. The 150-cover gastropub offers an exciting take on a classic pub menu, plus some more refined restaurant dishes. In addition, we have a beautiful 13th Century wedding barn that serves a modern banqueting menu.
Our requirements for a Chef de Partie are:
Previous experience in a similar role;
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service;
Strong knowledge of food safety;
Effective time management in a fast-paced kitchen.
