About the role:
As a relief chef you will be providing cover to a variety of catering and hospitality businesses. We work with hotels, restaurants, schools, universities and many more catering and hospitality venues.

Key responsibilities include:
Preparing & serving fresh meals whilst ensuring high standards of food hygiene are achieved at all times.
Working as part of a team to ensure a great food offer and service.
Skills required:
Experience working as a chef preparing 100+ meals on a daily basis with an eye for detail.
Enthusiasm and willingness to develop your own skills and knowledge, and being able to stay calm when pressure mounts or difficulties arise in service
Qualifications/Certifications:
Level 2 food Hygiene qualification
An enhanced DBS check will be required for work in Schools and Care homes and other environments with children and vulnerable adults.
Desired but not necessary, any previous certifications within the culinary industry.
