The job is based in Windermere. You need to be willing to relocate to Windermere before starting the job.
Salary: £12.49 (TBC)
Shift Pattern: Various shifts including split shifts
Experience: At least 4 years of experience

Responsibilities and duties:
* Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes within the speciality section
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
* Assisting with the management of health and safety
* Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
* Monitoring portion and waste control
* Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
