Job Description:
You will play a vital role in our culinary operations. We are looking for a passionate individual who not only possesses strong culinary skills but also has the ability to cook tasty food following recipes. You will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation and presentation of delicious, nutritious meals for our students and staff. Your expertise and passion for cooking will contribute to maintaining our high standards and ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menus, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained.
Bring creativity and a refined palate to ensure that our meals are not only nutritious but also bursting with flavor.
Assist in the supervision and training of junior kitchen staff.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, minimizing waste and ensuring ingredients are readily available.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas and improve existing recipes.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following proper sanitation procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, displaying excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
