Our esteemed client in the hospitality industry, is currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their renowned restaurant located in Perthshire.
The Role:
You will be responsible for contributing to the smooth operation of the restaurant, which exclusively serves dinner. The working schedule consists of straight shifts, with the working day starting at midday. Our client is committed to providing highly detailed on-the-job training to further enhance your culinary skills.
Duties:
Maintain a strong culinary understanding and expertise in your designated section
Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations
Contribute to the preparation and delivery of exceptional dishes to uphold the restaurant's rating
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
Strong culinary understanding and expertise
A dedicated team player with excellent communication skills
Shift:
Minimum of 40 hours per week on straight shifts
5 working days out of 7, providing work-life balance
