Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, and present exquisite dishes within your assigned section
* Lead and manage a team of talented chefs, providing guidance and support
* Collaborate with the sous chef and head chef in creating innovative menus and dishes
* Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations
* Minimise waste and maintain profit margins
* Mentor and train junior staff members, sharing your expertise and knowledge
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in Contract Catering, Restaurants, Hotels, or Private Members Clubs
* Ability to maintain high culinary standards and deliver exceptional results
* Strong leadership skills, including the ability to delegate tasks effectively
* Proficient in maintaining a calm demeanour in fast-paced environments
* Familiarity with company policies and instructions
* Passion for cooking and a desire to build a successful career
