Our client, a renowned restaurant known for their exceptional pizza creations is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their team. You will play a crucial role in the kitchen.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role
Duties:
Assisting the Head and Sous Chef in the day-to-day operations of a busy hotel kitchen.
Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction by consistently delivering quality dishes.
Maintaining the highest standards in food preparation and presentation.
Handling purchase orders and managing inventory.
Collaborating and working closely with other chefs to achieve culinary excellence.
Covering lunch and dinner services, serving an average of 100 to 250 guests per day.
