Our Client, an award winning restaurant is looking for a Chef de Partie to work with the team to take the venue to the next dining level.

With a well-deserved excellent reputation for locally-sourced, seasonal menus, the successful Chef de Partie will share the team's passion for ingredients and ideally have worked for two or more years at Chef de Partie level and preferably in a rosette level environment within a hotel or restaurant.

As the successful Chef de Partie you will:

* Demonstrate a good grounding of culinary skills and be willing to develop further, especially in preparing and cooking fresh fish and seafood.

* Have passion and commitment.

* Work as a team in the kitchen to ensure food safety and health and safety effectively.

* Be able use own initiative and work unsupervised when necessary.

Benefits in addition to a competitive salary include:

* A four and half day week with two days plus one night off and some weekends by arrangement.

* 50% off food when dining.

* A 48 hour contract, additional hours if required are compensated.
