Working under an experienced and extremely talented and incredibly driven & passionate Head chef who puts the team and the food on the same level in are now looking for a Chef De Partie to compliment the kitchen team.
Commutable from Cromer, Norwich and surrounding areas with own transport.
The Person:
* We are looking for a Chef De Partie who is possibly looking for a more high quality dining environment. A chef who has a proven background in fresh food cooking and has a real passion, love and interest in local quality produce.
* You will be a pivotal member of the team, we are looking for a chef with great skills, a chef that can produce and display dishes to a high level and a chef that can input ideas to the changing menu!
* The Head Chef is keen to continually develop his chefs, keen to introduce new flavours and cooking techniques and ensure the returning regulars enjoy the freshly caught fish, meat and vegetables on their plates within hours of being delivered to the kitchen.
* As Chef De Partie you will be conscientious, clean, tidy and have a great interest in ensuring the restaurants reputation is pushed forward in terms of contributing to the food service, delivery and execution.
* The Head Chef has a real rapport with all his staff, it matters to him that chefs are given the chance to grow, chefs work a mix of early and late straight shifts.
* Previous experience working with quality is essential but not necessary if you want to develop your repertoire and learn from some of the best, this is the place for you.
* No accommodation available so you must live within travelling distance of the property located near to Cromer in Norfolk
* You must be passionate and want to push forward in the kitchen, as Chef De Partie you will be a strong chef with ambition and drive. Get on board with the companies ethos of celebrating great British food in a true sense.
