C9 Recruitment are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Chef De Partie for a world-famous venue based in North London paying between £12-14 per hour! Dependant on experience.

**ADHOC WORK AVAILABLE**
As a member of the kitchen staff, you will be working with some of the finest ingredients from the UK and abroad. You will play a vital part in supporting the Head chef during service.
Chef De Partie Staff Requirements:
Valid Passport/ Right to work in the UK
Have a Level 2 in food safety
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience as an CDP
Excellent communication skills and good command of the English language, spoken and written
Experience of kitchen equipment including knives and machinery
Be well presented and punctual
Work well in a team to ensure smooth service
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times
Chef De Partie Staff Summary:
Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
Assisting head chef with developing recipes and dishes
Managing and training of any commis chef
Monitoring portion and waste control
Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Working Private functions, music concerts, exhibitions, sport events and weddings
Team-orientated mindset with ability to work collaboratively.
