Role: Full-time
Location: Southeast London
Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present exquisite dishes within your assigned section
Lead and manage a team of talented chefs, providing guidance and support
Collaborate with the sous chef and head chef in creating innovative menus and dishes
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations
Minimise waste and maintain profit margins
Mentor and train junior staff members, sharing your expertise and knowledge
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in Contract Catering, Restaurants, Hotels, or Private Members Clubs
Ability to maintain high culinary standards and deliver exceptional results
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to delegate tasks effectively
Proficient in maintaining a calm demeanour in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with company policies and instructions
Passion for cooking and a desire to build a successful career
