Our client is looking for a full-time Chef to join their friendly and professional team to work in their fabulous kitchen in central Cambridge. Our client has an authentic Italian menu with creative flair with regularly updated specialist boards. You will play an important role in the preparation of high-quality dishes in a busy, fun, fast paced environment.
The ideal Chef will have
Fresh food background.
Professional kitchen experience.
Happy to work splits when needed.
Be a Team Player and have previous Chef de Partie experience.
Experience of working in an Italian kitchen would be beneficial but not essential
Excellent Communication Skills
Reliable and punctual
Polite and courteous to all clients and team members.
Ability to work independently when required.
