Chef De Partie
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £12.22/hour
We are looking to recruit a Chef to work full time for a local University in Leeds. You will be working within a small team providing the Catering Services for a student accommodation. The role is temporary for 3 months possibly been extended.
Requirements:
* Preparation of daily meals using fresh ingredients- breakfast and evening meal
* Catering for formal dinners, meetings and buffet style lunches
* Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Flexible to shifts- 11.00am-7.00pm/10.00am-6.00pm/08.00am-2.00pm
* Previous work History in the same or similar establishments an advantage
* NVQ 1&2 or City & Guilds 706 1 & 2
* Level 2 Food Safety
* Food Allergen training
* Uniform & Safety Shoes
