Chef de Partie
Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to join our client based in the Keele area of Newcastle.
This is a full-time position mainly working weekdays but will involve some weekend work.
As a Chef de Partie your main duties will be:
Preparing specific food items and meal components at your workstation
Following the lead from the head chef
Work as part of a team to ensure high quality food and service.
Following health and safety/ensuring your workstation is sanitary.
Stock taking and ordering supplies.
Skills required for this Chef de Partie role:
Experience is essential.
Ability to follow instructions.
A team player
Knowledge of the industry
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
