Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £27000 – £28000/annum

My Client is a rapidly growing food production comany, and due to a successful business win, they are looking to add two Chef de parties to their team.

You will be responsible for preparing premium prepackaged meals for a new client, consisting of high-quality meat, sauces from scratch, ensuring the meals are ready for packaging and delivery within the set time frame.

Ensuring all HAACP, COSHH and other food hygiene and health and safety standards and procedures are followed, in line with the industry and company policy.

The successful candidates will have :-

* Chef experience at Chef de partie level – Hotel, restaurant, airside catering and high-volume catering background considered

* Have agood knowledge and understand of H&S regulations

* Ability to work efficiently within a team

Working hours are 5:30pm until 1:30am
