We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated Chef De Partie to join our team at City Social, a contemporary Michelin-starred Restaurant located on level twenty-four of Tower 42, in the heart of the City of London.

Your key responsibilities will include:
To plan, prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by the company and the client
To ensure that the company's reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers
To ensure Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards are maintained in line with company policy
To be customer focused at all times, approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs.
To ensure all food is cooked, presented and served in line with company standards
To act as a positive ambassador for the business
To show commitment to company values in all aspects of your role. Who you are:
Enthusiastic and energetic individual with a passion for working within a Michelin-star establishment. You will be responsible for delivering high standards and consistency according to expectations:
Passionate and aims to cook to the highest quality freshest food possible
Strong and consistent Chef De Partie background
Good motivator and able to work well within a team
Have excellent culinary skills with great attention to detail
A creative thinker with sound knowledge of the latest food trends and fashions
Have sound knowledge of hygiene, health and safety requirements
Self-motivated withthe ability to work in a pressurised environment
Excellent people skills with the ability to develop and work well within a team
Immaculate personal presentation, outgoing, passionate, excellent customer service and communication skills are required for this highly visible position City Social is operated by Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur Jason Atherton, in partnership with Restaurant Associates. The restaurant is situated on level twenty-four of Tower 42, the iconic skyscraper situated in the heart of the City of London. City Social is a restaurant featuring art deco-style interiors against the backdrop of the stunning London skyline. Jason Atherton has designed a menu that features creative yet simple dishes, showcasing the best of British ingredients in a beautiful environment.
