Salary : £27000 – £29000/annum + Overtime

Mostly Monday to Friday, but may need to work an occassional weekend.
Base Salary of £27,500-£29,000 + overtime
We are looking to recruit a passionate Chef de Partie for a high end event catering in Buckinghamshire. This is very much a family run operation with deep roots into the corporate and wedding market. Based from their production kitchen, you will mainly work Mon-Fri day-times, as most of what you produce is then sent to the event for the 'final fix'.
This independent business prides itself in quality food, boasting big flavours and lots of colour on the plate. They use seasonal produce and are big supporters of local suppliers. With a variety of menu options from 3 courses including canape's and petit fours, through to hot buffets and even cooking, this business really is a one-stop-shop for all your event catering needs.
So, what are we looking for in our Chef de Partie Buckinghamshire;
* Someone with a real passion for cooking fresh, seasonal food
* Classically trained/experience with fresh food
* Some fine dining experience would be a massive advantage
