Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef or in a similar role.
Proficiency in pasta cooking and experience in pizza cooking advantageous.
Capability to handle high-volume orders.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong culinary skills and creativity.
Flexibility to work varied shifts.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the creation of Italian dishes, with a focus on pasta and pizza.
Maintain high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
Handle high volume cooking with efficiency.
Collaborate with a team of chefs and kitchen porters.
Contribute to a positive dining experience for the guests.
