The Opportunity

Prosper Recruitment are proud to be working with our client, based on the stunning Suffolk coast within the proximity of Southwold and Aldeburgh our client is looking for a Junior Sous Chef with a love of fresh food – The client serves wholesome fresh unpretentious food.
The Role
Ø The rustic setting with modern furnishings and soft lighting attracts all walks of clientele from familiies to dog walkers and offers breakfast / lunch and dinners. Ø Working with a competent brigade of 5 staff.
Ø Catering from 30 – 80 covers, the restaurant has a great following and repeat bookings
Ø The shifts are straights 9hours x 5 days per week
Ø Our client is looking for an ambitious Junior Sous Chef that can grow and develop with the business
Ø The independent owners are looking for an individual with flair, a chef looking for an exciting opportunity with a solid background in high quality cooking. A chef that can combine flavours and a chef that can work with the Front of House team to match dishes to tipples! Summary:
