Eastwell Manor is a luxury Spa Hotel set in the picture-perfect countryside in Kent, the heart of the Garden of England. We boast 75 bedrooms including Shepherds Huts, our luxurious spa incorporates 21 treatment rooms, a 3000 square foot gym and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. We’re found in the middle of 65 acres of pristine countryside, a 10 minute taxi from Ashford international train station and minutes from the Ashford / Kennington bus routes. Onsite accommodation is available for short or long term use if relocation is required.
As a Chef de Rang, you will passionate about delivering a great dining service to our guests. You will be passionate about service and inspire your team with your ability to positively impact a guest experience as a result of your dedication and passion to create a memorable customer experience.
In this role you will provide consistent levels of excellent service, you will be courteous, professional, and have a passion for what we do.
Some duties and responsibilities include;
* In conjunction with the F&B Manager and Assistant F&B Manager, you will ensure the highest of standards are in place and a professional service at all times in our dining areas.
* Provide a memorable customer experience.
* Assist with the day to day running of the department and deputising in the absence of the Assistant Restaurant Manager.
* Have an excellent knowledge of the preparation and content of all dishes on the restaurant menu and be able to advise guest when they are ordering, taking care to note special requests.
* Ensuring all literature available for our guests and have sound knowledge on calorific values and basic nutrition in order to advise guests on their menu choices
