Chef De rang/Head Waiter/Head Waitress – 5-star Luxury Restaurant
5-star luxury Restaurant in Central London is currently seeking Chef De Rang to join their team. Offering a fantastic company benefits package with a £1000 bonus per year and 28 days holidays including bank holidays.
To be considered for this position you must have experience in a similar role ideally within a private members club or 5-star restaurants/Hotels.
Main Duties
Attitude is to be second to none to ensure a friendly, professional, helpful and courteous service to the customer at all times: and the same to your colleagues.
To present guests with the Restaurant menu, advising of availability, daily specials and promotions
Take accountability for correct ordering and suggestive up-selling.
Take accountability for correct billing and processing of payment.
Take accountability for restaurant and hotel’s property.
Provide effective delivery of Food and Drinks from BOH to guests in timely manner.
To ensure constant coverage at the floor and guest engagement.
To ensure that you are present for briefings carried out before each service period.
To ensure that you are present in trainings that will benefit your performance and your knowledge

Working hours – Tuesday to Saturday (shifts between 11:30 – 9:30pm) subject to change
