Salary: £ 11.59 Per Hour
Full Time (37 hours per week)
Role Purpose:
To provide a catering service to service users.
Responsibilities:
To maintain food hygiene and safety requirements Including daily audits of standards.
To comply with the approved menu and enhance wherever cost effective.
To provide nourishing, cost effective and attractive meals.
To meet special dietary requirements, i.e. vegetarian and food intolerances.
To comply with portion control and minimise waste.
To provide snacks and meals on time.
To contribute to a welcoming and supportive and clean environment.
To clean dining and kitchen areas after the preparation and serving of food.
To meet ethnic minority and medical dietary requirements, when practical.
