Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £37000/annum
Chef manager Contract catering
Monday-Friday, weekend availability.
* Prestigious client in the Leyton / Stratford area.
* There are about 500, predominantly blue collar workers on site, operating a shift pattern 7 days a week.
* Breakfast, lunch and an evening service Monday to Sunday & although the successful candidate will usually work Monday to Friday day shifts, there will be a requirement to observe and support occasional evenings and weekends.
* Due to the location, the ideal candidate will have a full driving licence or live within easy walking distance.
* Previous management experience in the food services or retail industry
* Knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation
* Excellent numeracy skills; strong written and verbal skills
* Prepare and conduct client reviews: quarterly / annually
* • Facilitate and support new business / retention activities
