Industria Personnel are currently seeking a 'Chef Manager' to join a fast growing team based in Croydon.
This role will require efficient planning and delivery of daily meals, including a 'hands on' catering input, to ensure customer expectations, food , hygiene and quality standards are met
within stated budgets. Your aim as a Chef Manager is to ensure quick resolutions for a smooth running of the kitchen.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Menu planning
Ordering of stock
Kitchen management / manage the kitchen in accordance with best practice
Food Preparation
Excellent customer service
Preparing fresh produce
Ensuring high standards of Hygiene and cleanliness are adhered to
Responsible for health & safety in the canteen and kitchen area
