Chef Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £22000 – £24000/annum
We're currently recruiting for a Chef Manager in the Epping area
Duties will include:
* Running of the day to day operation of the restaurant kitchen including rotas, shift patterns for chef's and porters, in line with fluctuating business trends
* Line managing a team of Chefs and Porters; responsible for ensuring a quality and consistent service is provided to customers and ensuring day-to-day smooth running of the kitchen
* Managing compliance of food hygiene, cleanliness and health and safety regulations by all staff
* Ensuring daily procedures to run the outlet are followed diligently by all staff
* Ensure the department delivers customer satisfaction through exceptional food quality, utilising local fresh produce, recognising the importance of plant-based foods and using them to produce menus of change
Experience:
Kithchen management experience (minimum 1 year)
