CHEF MANAGER-North Wales
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £14 – £16/hour
A vacancy has arisen for a CHEF MANAGER in Flint.
The client is looking for an experienced individual, the position is temporary to permanent.
Monday to Friday- 6.30 to 14.30, with occasional weekend or Bank Holiday cover
Job description:
* Managing a team of 5 people (front and back of the house) between 2 small kitchens/cafes, servicing different areas of the site
* Preparing and serving breakfast (mainly full english) as well as overseeing the preparation of take away lunch bags (customers can pre-order sandwiches and rolls)
* Looking after the hospitality / finger buffet / drinks requirements, and the replenishment of vending machines.
* NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO DRIVE, as stock has to be moved between the areas with the van provided on site
