We are seeking a Chef Manager (Relief) who will support our team by:
Leading the onsite catering team, and supporting the Contract Manager with off site events
Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas
Ensuring the correct use of all machinery and equipment
Representing ESS and maintaining a positive brand image
Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
Complying with Health & Safety regulations Who you are:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to manage staff in a calm, inspirational manner
A forward-thinker who can prevent wastage
Demonstrates a passion for food
