The ideal candidate:

* Must have previous experience as a Chef/Cook

* Have a positive and upbeat attitude

* Be able to work under pressure and as part of a team

* Must be able to remain calm and focused, ensuring every dish is high quality

* A team player with drive and ambition, with the ability to work efficiently alone when required

* Be able deliver a high level of customer service

The role includes:

* Preparation and cooking great food to a consistently high standard

* Receiving and rotating stock

* Maintaining high cleaning standards, including regular deep cleans

* Working closely with the whole kitchen team
