Our client is a lovely country gastropub in an area of outstanding beauty. Located between Chichester Harbour and the Witterings, this venue is a popular pitstop for walkers, cyclists, beachgoers and sailors alike. They pride themselves on their carefully curated menu, offering dishes prepared with fresh, locally sourced produce.
We are looking for 2 Chef De Parties, 2 Commis Chefs, and 2 Kitchen Porters to join their kitchen brigade. Working as part of a team, you will be preparing and presenting beautiful dishes with the finest fresh produce, while ensuring the kitchen is maintained according to company hygiene health and safety standards.

Requirements
* Previous kitchen experience (in a country pub would be an advantage but not a requirement)
* Experience working with fresh produce
* Quality driven
