Paterson Recruitment are recruiting for an established 4 star 2 rosette Hotel. The Hotel is putting everything in place to gain its 3rd rosette and has a fantastic new head chef with a wealth of experience.

The Restaurant offers fine-dining based on seasonal cuisine using only the freshest local produce.

Its an exciting time to work within this new team.

We are looking for:

Snr Sous £40k

Chef de Partie (CDP) £31k

Commis Chef £26k

Kitchen Porter £23k
