Christmas Full Time Bartenders/Wine Waiters

We're looking for Bartenders and Wine Waiters to work across the Christmas event period at a venue in Central London.
If you can demonstrate bar experience with a general understanding of the role then this could be of interest to you.
Position Purpose
The role you are applying for is to support and work within the bar team, displaying and covering a variety of duties and responsibilities with the following information. You may be required to be a wine waiter on the event floor; serving, pouring and topping up wine throughout the evening.
As a bartender you will be a creating, making and serving drinks for the Christmas events taking place. Your knowledge and understanding of how to work on a bar is imperative. You must be able to work within a team as well as following your own initiative independently. Your duties may be inclusive of but not limited too; replenishing stock throughout your shift, making drinks orders as to guests’ expectation and menu and product knowledge of what is offered. As a wine waiter you will be on the floor assisting the drinks service for specific tables assigned to you on the night. This could be tasks such as order taking and transaction payments processed. You should be able to assist guests promptly and in a polite manner regardless of job assigned.
Key Responsibilities
·Understand and follow all front of house/bar duties
·Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
·Adhere to any guest and manager requests quickly and efficiently
·Able to confidently make and serve drinks to spec of venue
·Know how to open and pour wines with a good knowledge
·Be immaculately dressed/well presented
·Competent in engaging with guests

·Great attention to detail
·Able to work late nights/early morning finishes (02:00-03:00am) in Central London and commute to and from the shifts
