We are working with a leading MSP offering their services to a wide range of SME clients all over the country. They are looking to appoint a Cisco Collaboration Engineer who will act as the escalation point for support while getting involved with various projects as well.
You will also be given a great opportunity to develop your technical skills in a market-leading L&D program.
You will need:
* A good understanding of Networking Technologies & Protocols.
* A good understanding of Cisco Prime Collaboration Deployment guidelines (PCDA strong knowledge of the Cisco Collaboration Portfolio.
* Ability to deploy and maintain the following in accordance to Cisco Architecture/PCD:
* Cisco Business Edition 6/7K (CUCM/IM&P/CUC)
* Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Enterprise)
* Cisco Callmanager Express.
* Cisco Unity Express.
* Knowledge of any of the following would be advantageous but is not mandatory:
* Cisco Unified Contact Centre Express
* Cisco Expressway (MRA)
* Cisco Telepresence Management Suite
* Cisco Telepresence Server
* Cisco Telepresence Conductor
* Switch Board consoles.
* Call Billing systems.
* Monitoring systems.
* Cisco Prime Assurance/Monitoring.
