Your Role:
Due to an expanding client base and contract renewals this exciting new opportunity for a Cleaning Account Manager has become available.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients covering commercial office space, leisure, retail, industrial and healthcare properties. You will have responsibility for a team of supervisors and cleaning operatives across Northamptonshire.
You will also be required to cover for other Account Managers in their absence
About you:
Experienced in managing multi-site cleaning contracts.
Well-versed in mobilising new contracts.
Exceptional levels of customer service.
Innovative mindset – always looking for better ways of working and improving processes
Ability to liaise and work professionally with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills
Full UK Driving licence
Location
Commutable from Northampton, Northamptonshire
