Client Trainer French & English Languages: Financial Services
Based in Docklands, this large international organisation are seeking an experienced French Speaking Client Trainer to join its busy team.
Client training is an integral part of the sales and client service function and so this seen as being a vital role.
You would be expected to conduct client training sessions, demonstrating the content of the company’s products, for any number of participants from one-to-one to group sessions and these could be held either in person or remotely using Webex.
There will be the need to visit the clients in situ, within EMEA and whilst there, your focus would be to ensure that the client gets the most from the sessions by assessing their full training needs and tailoring them accordingly which may even involve developing full new training programmes. After the training sessions, you would gather feedback and help develop positive client relationships in order to maximise further business opportunities.
Successful applicants will have the following:
* Fluency in English & French languages
* A solid background within client training
* Good knowledge of the Financial services industry
* Strong organisational and communication skills: be a self-starter
* Experience of preparing management reports and result metrics
* Solid experience of CRM systems
Fluent English & French is essential.
