Overview
We are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity which has become available for a Steward/ess to manage the bar and front-of-house activities at our client’s club in Northwood. We are seeking to recruit a person with the experience to provide a first-class quality service and team leadership to our client’s patrons, and someone who will take on the opportunity to be ‘the face’ of the establishment. A flexible approach to working hours is required and weekend working is expected.
Applications are therefore invited from a highly organized, pro-active, and experienced person with experience in bar and front of house management. Previous golf club experience would be advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications and Skills
Strong Leadership skills and ability to deliver great service throughout the team.
Proven experience within the Hospitality sector, ideally but not essential in a golf club.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role is preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of all legislation impacting the bar and catering provision for example licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.
Excellent knowledge of all aspects of bar operations, including budgets and margin control, service standards, and procedures.
Good cellar management skills/qualifications.

Personal Alcohol License holder
