Coffee Shop Manager

Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £25000 – £30000/annum commission

Must have at least 2 years catering experience, Barista trained and have a love of artisan coffee and be able to prepare freshly made meals.

Alchohol licence preferred.

Have a friendly personality with good customer relations, and be able to manage staff rotas, handle cash and stock control using an epos system.

Be confident in marketing on social media and advertising.

The ideal candidate would be a person who would like to run their own business
