Salary : £43000 – £45000/annum £38-40k Basic / Door to Door Paid

Seeking a skilled Commercial Catering Engineer to join the team. As a valued member of the company, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial catering equipment throughout Kent. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in our continued success and in providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Conducting regular servicing and maintenance of commercial catering equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, refrigeration units, and dishwashers.
* Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, faults, and breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner.
* Carrying out repairs and replacements of faulty components, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
* Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues and minimize equipment downtime.
* Providing professional advice and recommendations to clients on equipment usage, maintenance, and energy efficiency.
* Completing accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and job sheets for each assignment.
* Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and safety standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Commercial Catering Engineer, with expertise in servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of commercial catering equipment.
* COMCATs 1,3,5 – Needed
* LPG nd Electrical knowledge would be beneficial but not needed
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Kent to various client locations.
