PROJECT COMMERIAL DIRECTOR –HERTFORDSHIRE – RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPER

Operating throughout multiple regional offices, servicing the residential market across the UK, our client has built an excellent reputation within the industry for delivering quality and iconic developments. Due to new land acquisition, Henry Martin are looking to recruit a proven and driven Project based commercial director situated in Hertfordshire.
As the Project Commercial Director, you will take full commercial responsibility, whilst working in collaboration with the operation, technical and planning departments, to successfully deliver a £400m new build regeneration development across multiple phases over the next 10 years.
The successful Project Commercial Director will have previous experience in running successful, large scale developments and commercial teams, reporting into a regional commercial director.
