Commercial Trainer / L& D Consultant
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £38000 – £42000/annum
Air Personnel are delighted to be supporting their client based in Oxfordshire for three Commerical Trainers.
Main purpose of the job
To work closely with team members delivering commercial training virtually and in multiple locations across the country and on occasions abroad when delivering face to face.
Ideally you would have previous exposure to working with MOD or working within forces environment.
It is office based role, currently working remotely due to Covid-19.
Main duties & key responsibilities
The role will involve a wide range of duties including but not limited to:
* Delivering training in multiple locations across the UK and on occasions abroad for both private and public sector clients. When not delivering you will be office based.
* Involved with the design of training utilising multiple delivery means, including face-to-face instruction, webinars and action learning sets and on line courses.
* Designing innovative and cost effective learning and development solutions, which deliver tangible outcomes within effort envelopes.
* Work on ad hoc projects within the department as and when needed.
Essential
Practical hands on experience within a corporate training environment
Accustomed to mentoring and supporting development programmes
Practical hands on experience within a corporate training environment
Proven knowledge and credibility of commercial procurement
Able to obtain a UK Security Clearance
Desirable
CIPS/MCIPS or IACCM membership and Minimum of 3 years proven Procurement experience within either the private or public sector
Certificate in Education and Training (Level 4) or above or prepared to work towards this in own time within the first year
Occupational experience within a corporate training environment
